COVID-19 Policy
It is optional to wear a mask. Please reschedule per the rescheduling policy if you experience any symptoms of sickness.
(If you do not have a mask and wish to wear one, one will be available for purchase at $3)
Deposit Policy
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. All deposits will be sent via Zelle or CashApp. All deposits are fully applicable towards your service unless rescheduling is done improperly. All remaining balances are to be paid at appointment; Cash, Zelle or CashApp only (I do not always carry change so please be prepared)
Late Policy
All clientele is offered a 10-minute grace period. 11+ minutes late will result in an additional late fee of $15 and makes your appointment subject to cancellation and all monetary items will remain non-refundable/non-transferable.
Rescheduling Policy
All appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time; anything less will result in cancellation and all monetary items will remain non-refundable/non-transferable. Rescheduling properly will move the $25 non-refundable deposit to any openings within a 30-day period only. After the first rescheduling and 30-day extension period the appointment is subject to cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
In any event of cancellation, all monetary items will remain non-refundable/non-transferable. If you want to use your deposit, please refer to the rescheduling policy above. If you leave your appointment for any purpose, it is cancelled and booking a new appointment will be required.
